As a leader in LTC you have the opportunity to meet with a "leadership coach". Attend an information session to learn more about the coaching process and how it is designed to help leaders achieve their professional goals.
Ideal for a seasoned leader to meet 1 on 1 with a leadership coach to plan, brainstorm, problem-solve work-related issues, and set customized goals to move your organization/team in a positive direction.

Time commitment approximately one hour for 6 sessions, time mutually agreed upon by leader and coach. We work with your schedule.
