Vizient offers a confidential, nationally recognized SCOR survey that includes key indicators of burnout/wellness, resilience, teamwork, psychological safety, and disruptive behaviors specific to LTC environments. Vizient will also provide professional custom debriefs with action plans based on individual facility results. Through monthly office hours, community leaders will also have ongoing professional support with action plans.
